SOLO Lite – the novelty from DUNE HD Back

Compact and powerful media player Dune HD SOLO Lite is the younger brother of the flagship model Dune HD SOLO 4K. At the same time all main characteristics were preserved, what means support for 4K Ultra HD video codec with HEVC (H.265) and a powerful processor SMP8758 from Sigma Designs.

Solo Lite borrowed the box frame from the older model and has 2 USB ports for external hard drives connection and Ethernet 1Gbit port, as well as built-in Wi-Fi 802.11 b / g / n (2.4GHz).

The new box does not have the hard drive bay and Z-Wave support. In all other aspects it repeats completely the Solo 4K model.

What is the most important is that the price for Solo Lite is significantly lower than for "big brother". The start of the sales of Dune HD Solo Lite is scheduled for the second half of September 2016.
