How to set up the TV after first power-on or factory reset.

  1. Follow the on-screen instructions.
  2. When the TV prompts you to pair the remote control via Bluetooth, do so.
  3. Connect the TV to the Internet via Wi-Fi or an Ethernet cable. When connecting via Wi-Fi: if your Wi-Fi router supports both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, it is recommended to use 5 GHz for a faster connection.

How to set up or change Wi-Fi settings.

  1. Select the menu item: "Settings - All settings - Network and connections - Wired and wireless network". Make sure that "Wi-Fi" is enabled. Select the menu item: "Connect to network - Wireless network". Select the required Wi-Fi network and enter the password. If your Wi-Fi router supports both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, it is recommended to use 5 GHz for a faster connection.

How to use the Dune HD media center

  1. To use the Dune HD media center built into the TV, click the "DUNE" icon on the TV home screen or press the "DUNE" button on the remote control.
  2. Use the "RECENT" button on the remote to quickly open the "Recent" menu of the Dune HD media center. This menu shows the list of the most recent media files that you launched in the media center.
  3. Use the "FILES" button on the remote to quickly open the "Files" menu of the Dune HD media center.
  4. Use the "APPS" button on the remote to quickly open the "Apps" menu of the Dune HD media center.
  5. Use the "TV" button on the remote to quickly launch the preferred app for watching TV channels. You can choose either the built-in TV tuner or any app for watching TV via the Internet. When you press the "TV" button for first time, the Dune HD media center will suggest you available options. To change the behavior of the "TV" button, launch the Dune HD media center and go to "Setup - Applications - TV" menu, or choose the "TV" item in the main main, long-press the "OK" button and choose "TV section Setup".

How to restart the TV.

  1. Select the menu item: "Settings - All settings - Device settings - Restart TV".

How to reset the TV.

  1. Select the menu item: "Settings - All settings - Device settings - Reset TV". Note: This will delete all installed apps, all TV settings and settings of all apps, all scanned channels, and all user files recorded to the TV's internal memory. You will need to set up the TV again from scratch.

How to completely power off the TV.

  1. This method can also be used to restart the TV. Press and hold the POWER button on the remote control for 1-2 seconds. A power-off confirmation will appear on the TV screen; confirm it. The TV will power off completely. The next time the TV is turned on, it will perform a full boot.

The TV does not turn on.

  1. Immediately after the power cable is connected, the TV is in the "off" state; the "off" indicator on the TV is lit, and the TV can be turned on with the POWER button on the remote control or the POWER button on the TV body.
  2. Make sure that the TV power cable is connected to a working power outlet.
  3. Make sure that the "off" indicator on the TV lights up after the power cable is connected.
  4. Press the POWER button on the remote control. Try pressing the button several times. Point the remote control at the lower part of the TV. Make sure that working batteries are installed in the remote control.
  5. Press the POWER button on the TV itself.
  6. Disconnect the power cable, wait 1 minute, connect the power cable again, and press the "POWER" button on the TV and on the remote control again.
  7. If no image appears on the TV after all these steps (not even the initial logo), contact a service center.

The TV does not connect to the Internet.

  1. After the TV is turned on, it may take some time to connect to the Internet. Sometimes this takes a few seconds; sometimes it may take longer. Wait up to 1 minute and check whether the connection has started working.
  2. Make sure that your home Internet router is turned on and working, and that other devices can access the Internet through it.
  3. When using a Wi-Fi connection: make sure that the required network appears in the TV settings in the list of Wi-Fi networks, and try selecting it. Try deleting the Wi-Fi connection and connecting to the Wi-Fi network again. If the Wi-Fi router is too far from the TV, try placing the router closer to the TV. If the router supports both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, try using the other band. Try selecting a different Wi-Fi channel number on the router. If you cannot establish a Wi-Fi connection to the router, try connecting to the router with an Ethernet cable.
  4. When using an Ethernet cable connection: make sure that the Ethernet cable is connected to the TV and to the router, and that the cable is not damaged. Try replacing the cable.
  5. Depending on your Internet provider, some Internet services required for TV operation may sometimes be unavailable. To check whether the issue depends on the Internet provider, try temporarily connecting the TV to the Internet in another way, for example by creating a Wi-Fi hotspot on a mobile phone and connecting the TV to this Wi-Fi hotspot.
  6. As a last resort, try resetting the TV.

The TV does not show some icons or pictures.

  1. Try restarting the TV.
  2. Depending on your Internet provider, some Internet services may sometimes be unavailable. To check whether the issue depends on the Internet provider, try temporarily connecting the TV to the Internet in another way, for example by creating a Wi-Fi hotspot on a mobile phone and connecting the TV to this Wi-Fi hotspot.
  3. If nothing helps, most likely the functions are currently unavailable because there is no Internet access to the corresponding services. Use other TV functions.
  4. As a last resort, try resetting the TV.

Some Internet services or functions do not work.

  1. Try restarting the TV.
  2. Depending on your Internet provider, some Internet services may sometimes be unavailable. To check whether the issue depends on the Internet provider, try temporarily connecting the TV to the Internet in another way, for example by creating a Wi-Fi hotspot on a mobile phone and connecting the TV to this Wi-Fi hotspot.
  3. If nothing helps, most likely the functions are currently unavailable because there is no Internet access to the corresponding services. Use other TV functions.
  4. As a last resort, try resetting the TV.

No sound

  1. Make sure that the volume is not set too low and that sound is not muted. Use the V+, V-, and MUTE buttons on the remote control.
  2. If sound is output not to the TV's internal speakers but to external equipment (wired headphones, Bluetooth headphones, soundbar, A/V receiver, etc.): check the correct operation and settings of the connected external equipment used for audio output. Try disconnecting the external equipment and outputting sound to the TV speakers.
  3. Try restarting the TV.
  4. As a last resort, try resetting the TV.

The remote control does not work or works poorly.

  1. Make sure that working batteries are installed in the remote control.
  2. Try replacing the batteries with new alkaline batteries. It is recommended to use alkaline batteries only.
  3. The remote control can control the TV via IR (infrared) or via Bluetooth (radio). To avoid having to point the remote control at the TV, it is recommended to connect the remote control via Bluetooth. To use the microphone (voice search), the remote control must be connected via Bluetooth.
  4. To check that the remote control is connected via Bluetooth, select the menu item: Settings - All settings - Network and connections - Bluetooth - Bluetooth remote.
  5. Try deleting and re-creating the Bluetooth pairing with the remote control. Select the menu item: Settings - All settings - Network and connections - Bluetooth - Search and manage Bluetooth devices - Forget device, select the "CTV AI REMOTE" device, and choose "Confirm". After that, select the menu item: Settings - All settings - Network and connections - Bluetooth - Bluetooth remote.
  6. As a last resort, try resetting the TV.

How to connect Bluetooth headphones or another Bluetooth device.

    Select the menu item: "Settings - All settings - Network and connections - Bluetooth - Search and manage Bluetooth devices". Put the Bluetooth device into pairing mode according to the instructions for this device. The Bluetooth device should appear on the screen in the list of devices; select it from the list.

Problem with Bluetooth headphones or another Bluetooth device.

  1. Make sure that the device is paired with the TV. Select the menu item: "Settings - All settings - Network and connections - Bluetooth" and check that the device is visible in the list of paired devices and has the status "Connected" or "In use".
  2. For Bluetooth headphones or another Bluetooth audio device, make sure that the device has the status "In use". If not, select the device in the list and press "OK" on the remote control.
  3. Try deleting the pairing with the Bluetooth device and adding it again.
  4. Try resetting Bluetooth data on the TV. Select the menu item: "Reset Bluetooth".

Video from the Internet freezes or stutters.

  1. Try restarting the TV.
  2. The Internet service you are using may currently not provide sufficient connection speed and stability. Check the operation of the same Internet service on another device. Try using other Internet services and sources.
  3. Your Internet connection or Internet provider may currently not provide sufficient access speed to the Internet service being used. Check the operation of the same Internet service on another device connected to the same Internet connection. Check the operation of the same Internet service through another Internet connection.
  4. When using a Wi-Fi connection: the TV may not have a fast enough connection to the Wi-Fi router. If the Wi-Fi router is too far from the TV, try placing the router closer to the TV. If the router supports both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, try using the other band. Try selecting a different Wi-Fi channel number on the router. If you cannot establish a Wi-Fi connection to the router, try connecting to the router with an Ethernet cable.
  5. As a last resort, try resetting the TV.

Video playback from a file on the local network stutters.

  1. Try restarting the TV.
  2. The file format may have encoding specifics that are incompatible with the TV or with the app used to play the file. Try playing another file in another format. Try using another app to play the file.
  3. When using a Wi-Fi connection: the TV may not have a fast enough connection to the Wi-Fi router. If the Wi-Fi router is too far from the TV, try placing the router closer to the TV. If the router supports both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, try using the other band. Try selecting a different Wi-Fi channel number on the router. If you cannot establish a Wi-Fi connection to the router, try connecting to the router with an Ethernet cable.
  4. As a last resort, try resetting the TV.

Media file playback does not work or works incorrectly.

  1. Try restarting the TV.
  2. The file format may have encoding specifics that are incompatible with the TV or with the app used to play the file. Try playing another file in another format. Try using another app to play the file.
  3. As a last resort, try resetting the TV.

Incorrect operation, any problems in operation

  1. Try restarting the TV. Errors may sometimes accumulate in the TV operating system, and a restart may help.
  2. If the problem occurs in a specific app: check whether updates are available for the app and try updating it. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, or deleting the app data (this will reset all app settings).
  3. As a last resort, try resetting the TV.
